UHRS works with multiple suppliers/locations to recruit staff/judges. These companies act as a gateway between you and UHRS. UHRS can only be accessed through one of these doors. All the money you earn during the week by completing tasks on UHRS goes to the website from which you entered UHRS. In this way, these sites handle billing/billing and payment for UHRS.

HITs – Hit app contains tasks called hits. The job at UHRS is called HIT. no. The results available in the HIT app are updated every 15 minutes.

Report – A report on all the work you have done in different HIT applications.

Rating Sum – The number of all tasks/visits you’ve done on different HIT apps, it doesn’t matter if it’s valid or invalid.

Evaluation hours – number of working hours

Spam accuracy – At first, you might think that spam accuracy has something to do with missing it. About the final verdict I made on the total verdict. How do you work on UHRS and make money?

Login to UHRS – When you log into UHRS, you will see different categories based on the nature of the HIT applications they contain. For example, a text annotation app might have tasks where you are asked for a text, such as Tweet feelings etc. In the lower right corner of each category field, there will be a number that tells you how many HIT applications are available to work in that category. Click the category that matches your skills.

Training – Some HIT applications may require training. You have to practice sampling the hits before you hit any real hits. After completing the HIT training, the HIT app will display a message whether your assessment is true or false with a logical explanation.
Qualification – Upon completion of the training, you must pass a placement test to assess the results for which you already know the answers. Start Assessment – Begin completing tasks for which you are eligible. Initially, after some evaluations, you should go to the reports section to see how well you are doing and the spam accuracy is higher than required. Each HIT application has its own rules. Some HIT apps will disable you once your spam accuracy drops below 85%, while some may allow you to continue, even if it’s as low as 60%. Take your time with tasks. Take your time and try to be a good judge. Your reputation can bring you more assignments. HIT apps and tasks are updated every 15 minutes. So refresh yourself every few minutes if you can’t see the available tasks.
To avoid temporarily or permanently suspending your use of HIT, always do the tasks you are really good at. Pay attention to the instructions. It’s best to find other tasks related to your skills if you see a lot of red alerts while training, even after reading the instructions carefully.

Evaluate as many HITs as possible before the HITs run out or all the HITs are rented out.

Read Assessment Guidelines Carefully – Reading the long instructions may seem boring and unnecessary, but believe me, it not only helps you qualify for more HIT applications, but also saves you a lot of time in the long run. Some HIT applications in the qualification stage require the same HIT scores given as examples in the Guidelines. In this case, it is very easy to qualify.

Focus on accuracy and quality, not speed – take your time with the successes. do not hurry. Double-check before making judgments because you never know if you’re judging a real HIT or spam. Incorrect evaluation of spam visits will cause the spam to be less accurate than the requirements and eventually lead to user exclusion by the HIT app. On the other hand, some HIT applications give a bonus to the quality of the arbitration. I once got 25 visits and got 7 visits bonus, which was more than what I earned for receiving those visits. If you want to stay in the game longer, make sure you spend enough time reading the tips and have a passion for quality and accuracy.

Don’t turn off HIT Apps – Hit App is like money flow. New HITs appear regularly in the HIT App. This way, you always have a chance to earn money on a regular basis until you are permanently disqualified from the HIT application. If you do not pay attention to the instructions and still give incorrect results, you will be temporarily disabled. Take this as a serious warning. You only have two such chances before you are permanently disqualified from HIT application successes and thus lose your cash flow forever.

Work on a laptop/computer instead of a mobile – Laptop makes searching and multitasking easier. You can open multiple tabs to search and read the instructions properly.
